On3 has worked diligently to bring a reliable twin turbo kit to the C8 market! This kit uses the newest oil-less, billet center section units to allow for a much cleaner and simple install. No more need for scavenge pumps and oil drain issues, no more drilling your oil pan or pumping the hot oil back through your valve covers. The base 57mm turbos out of the box have proven to support anywhere from 500 wheel all the way up to 800 rear wheel horsepower. These are a great option for the stock engine guys. For the guys looking to make even more power we have turbo options that will range you from the 500hp-1300hp depending on the turbo options you choose. The rest of the kit is up to the task out of the box.
C8 Twin Turbo System Includes:
- 2x On 3 Performance Oil-Less Turbos of your choice
- 2x On 3 44mm Wastegates
- 2x 304 Stainless cast pre turbo tubes
- 2x Titanium Downpipes and Dump tubes
- Complete Titanium Cold-side Tubing Set
- 5 Ply Silicone Coupler Kit
- T-bolt Clamp Kit
- 2x 3.0 V-band Clamps
- 2x t3 inlet V-band Clamps
- Coolant cooled turbo lines and fitting kit
- On 3 A2W custom c8 Intercooler
- 2x On 3 Performance Aluminum 50mm Blow Off Valve

- 10ft of High quality heat resistant 1/4" Vacuum Hose
- 5ft of High quality heat resistant 3/8 Hose for PCV System
POWER DETAILS:
On3 tested this system on a stock engine base car. On a 100% stock engine on 4lbs of boost, it made 560hp, 6lbs of boost made just over 600hp. This all on 93 octane with a 100% stock fuel system as well as having factory cats in place. The car in stock form made 439hp. So this was over 160hp gain with a simple bolt on kit.
On3 Base C8 Kit:
This is going to be their base kit, this will come with a pair of GTX30 57mm Billet wheel, Oil-Less turbos. These are capable of around 800 hp on these LT engines. These are designed to pair perfectly to the stock engine. The base kit will include the On3 custom air to water intercooler with a big heat exchanger and an ice box in the trunk for when you want to make track passes. They all will come standard with titanium downpipes and dump tubes, as well as intercooler tubes being titanium as well. So while this is the base kit, it offers potential of up to 1300+ hp with just upgrading the turbos themselves.
On3 C8 Turbo Kit Upgrades:
This is going to be for the guys with a Built engine, or plans to build an engine. This would be 750 - 1300hp capable depending on your choice of turbos. Upgrades available ranging from gen 2 GTX Oil-Less 67mm billet wheel turbos to our OL6466 and OL6766 turbos in the drop downs. The OL6766 is the most powerful combo offered with direct bolt on at this time. Depending on your power goals and fuel type used on e85 this will require an aux pump at minimum and we strongly suggest port injection past the 800hp levels. Some guys will use meth as a fuel adder, we prefer to use the port injection system to ensure each cylinder is fueled as evenly as possible.
Hotside Details:
This kit was designed using custom stainless cast style pre turbo pipes. From there its Titanium 3" downpipes off the turbos into a merged dual tip design that uses titanium tips with the Ti dumptubes recirculating cleanly into the back of it.
Coldside Details:
This kit will come standard with the custom C8 intercooler, specifically made to fit cleanly around the engine bay with the allotted space available. This is a design that buts directly up to the throttle body with a single 4" coupler and has the maf flange built in with a brace that bolts it to the top of the transmission. This keeps the coupler from being able to be blown off since the intercooler is in a fixed location. This limits boost leaks from occurring. On3 also opted for vanjen style clamps with orings and quick release pins on the inlets of the intercoolers where the titanium charge pipes attach so that you never run into the issue of blowing these off and having to remove the trunk cover to fix it. Ensuring a reliable as possible connection and could be buttoned up neatly. This system uses dual On3 50mm BOV as well to make sure you have no compressor surge.
Key Features:
This kit allows you to keep all your factory amenities with no compromise at all. The kit does not require you to move any wiring or anything. It is truly a bolt on kit. Minus a couple holes drilled in the trunk tub to route the water lines from the water this is 100% reversible. When done correctly this holes will not even be visible if you needed to go back to stock form.
