600+ HP TO OVER 1000+ HP
Building on our 20+ year history of supercharging America's pony car, the Ford Mustang, ProCharger systems produce the coolest charge air temperatures and largest power gains available for the 2014-11 5.0L Mustang GT. With industry-leading experience in supercharging Ford engines, ProCharger was first-to-market with an air-to-air intercooled supercharger system for 2011+ 5.0's, back in July of 2010, and also powered the first forced induction 5.0L 4V into the 9's, and the first 5.0L 4V into the 8's. ProCharger now has the broadest supercharger product offering for Coyote-powered Mustangs, with absolutely unmatched features and performance. This industry leading product line is available from ProCharger dealers across the US, Canada and the world.
LARGEST, MOST RELIABLE POWER GAINS IN THE INDUSTRY
Utilizing the patented and proven, self-contained ProCharger P-1SC-1 supercharger producing approximately 7 psi of boost, with a highly effective air-to-air intercooler and dedicated 8-rib drive, a ProCharger system or tuner kit can add 185-225+ more HP to an otherwise stock 2014-11 5.0 Mustang running high quality pump gas. Given Ford's conservative 412 hp rating for their new 5.0 4v engine, a ProCharger-equipped 5.0 mustang produces 600+ flywheel horsepower with an HO system and even more with a Stage II system.
ProCharger Stage II: Boost and Power
Boost: 8 psi
Bolt on 225+ hp
91 octane fuel required
PROCHARGER STAGE II INTERCOOLED SYSTEMS AND TUNER KITS
When compared to the HO System components, the new Stage II System and Tuner Kit utilize a larger, front mounted intercooler, fabricated coolant tank, specially-designed radiator fan shroud assembly and a larger air filter. Installation of the Stage II components requires minor trimming to the inside of the stock lower front bumper cover (factory engine cover does not require modification or trimming). A 12-rib supercharger drive is also available with the Stage II System or Tuner Kit.
The Intercooled Stage II Tuner Kit is identical to the complete system, but omits fuel injectors and computer programming. Higher boost and power levels are available for modified engines.
ProCharger Intercooled Stage II Highlights:
P-1SC-1 ProCharger self-contained supercharger (helical gearset available for noise reduction)
D-1SC, F-1D, F-1, F-1A, F-1C and F-1R supercharger upgrades available - Tuner Kit only
