This is the new Heavy-Duty version of the performance proven and industry-leading carbon fiber 1-piece driveshaft for the 2022+ BMW M240i X-Drive (G42/ZF 8-Speed) platforms. Perfect for street or track drivers looking for weight reduction without sacrificing durability. These driveshafts weigh approximately 1/2 of the factory design. By replacing the OEM 2-piece shaft, your car will feel more responsive due to its lightweight engineering. For the new Heavy-Duty version, DSS has eliminated the factory rubber Guibo at the transmission, and replaced it with a billet aluminum adapter and flange, with a solid 1350 series u-joint, making this a direct bolt-in. They also increased the rear CV size to the larger proprietary 113mm design, making this driveshaft capable of handling well over 1500WHP.
